Helen Tomalik, RD, MEd, is an experienced dietitian who has worked with a variety of patients who have required medical nutrition therapy. Helen has worked in diverse health care settings and her most recent experience has focused on providing nutrition care to help clients recover and heal from surgeries and other complex medical conditions.

Helen has a passion for nutrition education and her focus is to provide clients with the tools to optimize their nutrition in a holistic way. Helen’s approach to nutrition care includes a personalized diet analysis and an individualized nutrition care plan that is optimal and client centred.
